Great news! Our amazing legislative champions have introduced three ranked choice voting bills for the 2025 session of the General Assembly.

• House State Government and Elections Committee Chairman Evan Shanley (Warwick) is the lead sponsor on H5275, a bill that would implement RCV for state House and Senate primaries.
• Rep. Rebecca Kislak (Providence) and Senate Majority Leader Val Lawson (East Providence) are the lead sponsors on H5276 and S0152, which would implement RCV for presidential primaries.
