Expected legislation for the next session (2026):

- Enact ranked choice voting for the 2028 presidential primaries

- Allow municipal elections to utilize ranked choice voting

Once there is pending legislation we will have a campaign to call and/or email Senate President Lawson and House Speaker Shekarchi to urge them to bring the bills up for a vote! This guide has all the information you need.
